Our apartments in the traditional Austrian-style are suited for 2 to 6 people. It is located in the town of Hermagor in the south of Austria, just a few kilometers from the Italian border. That means you can enjoy the Alps with typical Italian sunny weather. In the vicinity there is a large ski resort Nassfeld with a choice of 110 km of slopes to suit every skier. If you fancy an authentic Italian cappuccino and pizza you can visit Italy which is just a few kilometers away or ski in the nearby Italian ski resort of Tarvisio.

In summer you can enjoy water activities in the surrounding Alpine lakes. The nearest lake Presseggersee has an ideal bathing temperature during summer and is located 5 km from the apartment. For fitness-loving guests there are a large number of cycling and hiking trails in the area.

Cross-country skiing

 An unbelievable 130 kilometres of regionally groomed cross-country trails are available, including two high-altitude cross-country trails directly in Nassfeld which avoid the downhill pistes.

A large number of lakes

The nearest lake Pressegger is only 5 km away and is ideal for swimming and other water activities, reaching up to 28 °C in summer. Another famous lake, Weissensee, with its white sand and turquoise clear waters is 20 km away. Lakes Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Wörthersee and Faaker See as well as other smaller lakes are also within driving distance.

Bike World in Nassfeld Regina - Presseger See

Explore the surrounding mountains and lakes by bike. The surroundings are crisscrossed with a large number of cycling routes, providing fascinating mountain bike trails and easy family cycling tracks over 41 marked cycling routes totalling 950 km. Three of the cable cars at Nassfeld ski resort operate in summer and boast a rating as the Best Austrian cable cars with summer operation. All cable cars will take your bikes up so that you can attempt the longest downhill mountain bike run in the Alps.
Cyclists have two reasons to rejoice. Many routes explore not just Austria but also Italy. Bikers of all ages will have a choice of tempting routes from "Easy & Family", "Tour & Trail" or "Enduro & Park" categories

Carinthian thermal baths

You can warm up and relax in the large Carinthian Kärnten Therme, located in the town of Villach 40 km away and open all year round. Both children and adults will have wonderful time here. The complex offers heated pools incl. outdoor heated swimming pool, swimming pool, childrens' pool, toboggan, slide and a wild river that you will go down on an inflatable donut float. You can relax not only in the heated swimming pools, but also in the sauna or order a massage. We recommend that you book your entry online in order to guarantee your entry to the thermal baths.
